Welcome to the BLS Instructor Course for Alpha Epsilon Delta, taught by CPR Hero Faculty!

Please note that BLS Instructor Essentials must be completed and purchased separately by the day of the class.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare professionals trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality CPR, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
This class is designed for students interested in a healthcare field, and/or renewing healthcare providers. Course topics will include Adult & Pediatric 1-Person, 2-Person CPR/AED, Choking, and team dynamics. Students are expected to review and prepare prior to the course and purchase an e-book. Instructors will monitor, remediate, and pass or fail students based on a performance criteria and written pass of 84% on the exam.
