Please note that on the day of the course our staff only the instructor at the location can assist with any issues related to the course.

You may e-mail us 24-48 hours before the course if you require refund or cancellation; we reserve the right to cancel the course if necessary or for unforeseen circumstances in relation to class safety or instructor precautions for disease. 

Your e-card will be released to you within 1-2 business days, although we will attempt to do so the same-day if the instructor is able to. Thank you so much!
